Housekeeping Policies For Booking

We want you to have the best experience here at Nurse 2 Beauty. Please familurize yourself with our standard policies and procedures to ensure you schedule the right service and understand terms and conditions with your booked service.

Standard Policies 

Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS! If you bought a package and for any reason cannot fulfill remaining sessions, notify staff and services will be continued after conflict is resolved. This includes hospitalization and/or confirmed pregnancies

Cancellations

Client has 24 hours to notify of cancelled session. After 24 -12 hours, client will be charged for 10% of service scheduled price. 12 hours or less before scheduled service will result is 50% charge of total service. NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED FOR FULL AMOUNT OF SERVICE. NO EXCEPTIONS! 

Mobile Massage Bookings

-Mobile time schedules are approximate, NOT exact. Nurse 2 Beauty is not responsible for traffic, inclement weather, or previous client medical emergencies resulting in longer time spent in home.

-Client will be responsible for paid parking of mobile booking service. This will be added at checkout

-Please be ready for service upon staff arrival to residence. Take showers, situate children, and have allotted space available so that we can begin your service swiftly.

-Have arrangements set for entrance into any apartment complex. If staff has to wait more that 10 minutes to be let into building, service may be cancelled/rescheduled.

-PLEASE NOTIFY STAFF IF YOUR RESIDENCE DOES NOT HAVE ELEVATORS. We carry a lot of equipment and will not be able to travel with multiple flight of stairs. 

-PLEASE HAVE WORKSPACE AVAILABLE ON FIRST FLOOR LEVEL OF HOME. If your floor plan has immediate stairs upon entry, please let staff know prior to arrival. A person in your residence must be able to assist with carrying materials upstairs/downstairs.

-Please contain all pets!! We cannot risk our materials being compromised and unsanitary. This is for your health/safety. If client does not want to remove pet from working area, service will be cancelled immediately with payment still due.

-Please be clear on every service you want done prior to arrival. Notify staff of all procedures had in order to preserve the proper time slots for you. If you need assistance with showering and dressing after session, staff needs to know that for additional timing and fees.

In Office Bookings

Please arrive 10 minutes early to schedule your appointment to ensure you can have your allotted time.

-Please notify staff if you will be more than 15 minutes late to maintain integrity of schedule for the day 

For POST OP CARE CLIENTS NEEDING LYMPHATIC TREATMENTS, STAFF MUST KNOW IF YOU HAD ADDITIONAL AREAS WORKED ON (ARMS,THIGHS, BREAST, CHIN, ETC). Service will be have to be changed to "advanced" to alllot proper time and care to all areas needing attention.
