Stage 3 Colombian faja is worn when a surgery client is at least 3 MONTHS POST OP. This garment has the maximum amount of compression. The waist portion has "bones" to support as a built in waist trainer. The bones extend to the upper back to add additional compression for upper back lipo. The buttock portion has a different material to help contour the new shape while not squeezing your butt and hips. There is a zipper opening front to back for restroom access. You can urinate and have a bowel movement without having to take this garment off.
